Rubber boots that cover rear shocks - Where to get?

I have a 2003 Ultra Classic. Just after my last service I saw that the left-hand rubber boot that covers the rear shock has split all the way round. It's now in 2 parts, an upper and lower. The right had rubber boot has split about 2/3's of the circumference so it's going to go soon. My local HD dealers can't find a part number for either the left or right rubber boot. They are the biggest HD dealer in Sydney - AUSTRALIA so I believe him.

Has anyone ever had to replace their rear shock rubber boots and if so do you have a part number or any other solution.

I'm going to get a pair of sa1997 rubber shock boots from yourselves in the USA for about $5 US. They want $45 Aust. here.

I'll get my dealer to fit/mount them during my next service.
