04 Lowrider Stumble

I was wondering if anyone has had this problem. When starting from a stop there is a slight stumble. There are no trouble codes and other than that the bike runs great. Any idears?

Probably fuel injected?

Download or fueler?

Check for intake leaks?

Not a lot of info to work with but the first two things I would check are fuel pump pressure and the TPS for a flat spot or non-linearity.

Yes FI. Stage 1 Down load for pipes and intake upgrade, this was down a long time ago.
Checked intake no leaks. Bike starts, idles and runs good except for the stumble which is just a little off idle, about 1 or 2 mph. Then it clears up and runs good.
