05 FXSTI SE II Mufflers

I need to replace the SE II mufflers that are installed on my softail. Since it's already calibrated using these, I should not have to re-calibrate, should I?

It depends on what muffler you are replacing the SE II 's with. If it's another set of high flow mufflers, it shouldn't be necessary.
