07 Wide Glide Speedometer

I got a speedometer issue. I have a 07 Wide Glide and found a fxdc speedometer same year, will it connect properly?

Take it apart, check the connectors to see if they match up. Turn the key on, if it lights up, it probably will work. I just saw one yesterday on E-Bay that "says" it matches up. Yours, I think, has a wire that runs to the speed sensor, located behind the rear jug, on the right side of the tranny. Does your original speedo light up and show current miles, "A" & B" trip destinations, bring up trouble codes? If not, the 1st thing i'd check is the speed sensor. Cheap enough to replace, 'round $49.00.

eBay is where the speedo is. I didn't want to buy it and it not connect. The manual has them listed as the same. Thanks for your info.
