2005 Lowrider

I started my bike today for the first time in about a month. I rode it about 1 mile then it shut off. I tried to start it back up with no luck. Turned off key then back on it then started and ran with CEL on. I went about 10 miles ran great stopped to get gas and it would not start. It did not have fuel pump prime noise when run switch was turned on. Pulled codes P0261, P0263, and P1003. I know these are fuel injector codes but I just wonder if it could be bad fuel pump since no noise when run switch is turned on. Help please

It ended up being a system relay in the fuse panel. My wife has a 2006 Dyna street bob so I was able to do process of elimination and swap them out.
