2006 low rider irregular slipping in 2nd under load

Under moderate to hard acceleration, I get a slippy jerkiness in 2nd gear. It's irregular and doesn't happen under gentle to moderate acceleration and only happens in 2nd. Basically more throttle = more slipping. I was told the tranny is relatively new and my buddy I bought it from said he never experienced that. Any idea where I should start looking?

Is the adjustment of the clutch OK, not to tight. Adjust it again as shown here

Is the correct oil used in the primary?.

Follow the video above posted by Roadking-1960, be sure its cold before adjustment. For a correct oil I would suggest Redline Shockproof, works very well.
