2007 FLSTC Security System

Bought a 68027-07 on eBay from HD dealer in Arizona. Antenna and cable plastic bags were already open so I intalled everything according to the instructions on this forum unsuccessfully. After contacting the dealer in Arizona they advised the unit was new and the FOB S/N had not been programed.

Called HD local dealer and they said the bike has to come in for programing the FOB and they are swamped until mid June with "paying" customers. Does anyone have another solution?

Hmmn, that's sucky. You mean they will not charge a small fee to program it for you? It seems like you should be able to get it running with the key and turn signal button method, and pay a small amount to program the fob. Try another dealer.(?)

That's true, the dealer has to program the FOB's to the bike in order for them to work. Only solution is to replace the TSSM with the original TSM and ride it till they can do it or try another dealer.
