radio has no display i have tried the control buttons and no display i understand there is a master reset for radio anyone know??

These guys do repairs on the Harman Kardon stereos - if anyone would know it would be them - I've called them and they were pretty helpful -

Does it have any power? Does the display have any backlight or can you insert or eject CDs?

everything works just no display
