2014 Ultra and GPS

I bought a 2014 Ultra and am planning to use my RoadTech 660 GPS since I have the 4" infotainment system. I want to know what I need to do to get the voice promts from my GPS to go through my radio telling me when I need to make turns, exit, etc. Since my GPS has bluetooth I assumed I could use it this way but it is not working.

Any Suggestions??

Doesn't it come with navigation?

No, the larger 6.5" inch screen does have the nav feature but since I had just purchased this GPS and my Ultra has the smaller 4" system, I want to configure my RoadTech to work with the radio.
