Never thought it would happen but my faithful Ultra Classic has gone and has been replaced by a brand-spanking new StreetGlide Special. First time in the UK and I predict it's going to be a big seller.
Only done 300 miles so far but it's a great ride - so much easier to handle than the Ultra and 40 kilos lighter !
Basic functions on the Boom 6.5 audio are simple enough but it's the first time I've had a handbook dedicated to the radio - it's going to take some detailed study.
Just one problem I can't fathom - the tri-bar light on the rear fender doesn't work. The light unit and wiring are in place but my dealer claims the unit isn't for the UK market. Does anybody know how to get into the unit to see what's needed to make it work ?
