I have a 2009 FXDF. Can it be fitted with the same H-D ABS brakes used on the touring bikes?

no because it couldnt be calibrated to the bike

It would be nice to have a retrofit kit...but reality being what it is, liability, testing concerns and such, it is easy to see why you do not even see it...even in the aftermarket, with the amount of R&D being cost prohibitive (and first place you would see such a thing even tried).

All of the above PLUS it would be a Monster of a project, labor & cost wise.
