Bike won't start

My 07 low rider will not start but get this, battery is good, when I turn on key the signal lights flash back and fourth 3 times each and the red key blinks. Changed battery in key fob, and tried unhooking battery for awhile, any suggestions

Try another battery in the fob just because, they have a high failure rate:s
 
I did put in new fob battery and no luck and I think I will bike to harley shop I have a tough time with them codes
