Kemo; I just took a quick look at the Ontario Ministry of Trans. site, and everything I saw for reflectors indicates "red" for the rear. I didn't go deep into regs. to see what is prohibited. You may want to look further.
Red and silver reflective tape is the only ones that are legal on the rear unless you can find black that has the D.O.T. in the corner,it reflects silver.
