Brake light 2009 fxdfse

I HAVE 2009 FXDFSE FATBOB WITH THE LED BRAKE LIGHT. I RECENTLY NOTICED THAT THE BRAKE LIGHT STAYS ON ALL THE TIME.

I REMOVED THE TWO LEADS TO THE BRAKE SWITCH OFF THE REAR MASTER CYCLINDER AND THE LIGHT STILL STAYS ONE.

WITH THE BIKE TURNED TO ON - ITS 33 mV ACROSS THE LEADS WHEN UNPLUGGED FROM THE BRAKE SWITCH.

I MEASURED THE VOLTAGE ACROSS THE SWITCH AND IT DOES GOES TO 0 WHEN I DEPRESS THE BRAKE PEDAL.

WHERE WOULD I GO TO LOOK NEXT - I DONT WANT TO BUY ANOTHER LED MODULE JUST IF I DONT HAVE TO.

Try unlocking your caps key on your computer. It sounds like you are yelling.:s
Have you done any modifications to handle bars. Switch covers levers etc.

The front brake switch is in the brake level in the right handlebar

i did replace the grips a couple of months ago.

may i didn't get that back together right.

Its easy to break the brake light switch if disassembling switch cover is necessary to replace grips. Check the self help section for great advice...
