Well, I've been very happy with my TFI that I've run for the past 2 yrs on my 2009 RG. I currently have the stock headpipe (non-cat), V&H V02 intake and V&H basic slip-ons.
I purchased a set of V&H Dresser Duals black and the new V&H Blackout Rounds.
I've been very happy with my TFI settings, idles very smoothly, MPG is about 39-40, good balance between cooler running engine and power.
With the duals and new mufflers (same baffle size as my current mufflers), should I expect to make changes to my TFI settings?
Should I just install the items and take some rides and see what happens?
I know I might loose some low end, but I'm ok with that.
Also, I was so close to buying the Fual Pak as V&H has a setting specifically for the duals and new blackout rounds. But I'm happy with the TFI so will keep using it for now.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Ride safe and have fun!
