Clutch Cable Clamp for new 1 3/8" Down Tubes

One of our riders is blacking out his bike and needs a black, clutch cable clamp for the new 1 3/8" FL down tubes. Anyone know of anyone making them yet? The MOCO has them in Chrome but nothing in black yet.
