Cycle Shack baffle and tuning

Hi all : I have a 09 low rider with SE AC and SE slip ons I have the
factory Stage 1 down load. My question is if I install Cycle shack
performance baffles do I need to add a tuner or something.
I was going to do this to try to get more sound, cheaply.

If you make a change to the breathing in and out at the same time you will need more fuel, the stage 1 download is still TOO lean IMO
