Drivers backrest fitment question

I have a 05 Roadking, will be trading it in on a 2012 Ultra Limited. Does anyone know if the drivers back rest from the 05 will fit on the 12 Ultra Limited?

The back rest will flt - the bracket that bolts to the fender will not, you'll need to get one for 2009 - 2013 . Not to bad though I think it's about $45.00

+1 on that. Check Ebay also. Tons of them when I was looking for mine.
