fluid leak?

have a new 09 heritage,400 miles. I noticed a spot of fluid on the garage floor in front of rear tire,left side. Looks to be coming from a vent hose. Does anyone know what this may be?

what color .. the gas overflow and battery drains are there . also could be from a primary leak check the drain screw

Bud,thanks for info,just filled up tank,did not appear to be oil,most likely gas. will keep an eye on it for now.

+1 on the gas. If I get mine too full it will do the same thing

If you fill it all the way up on a hot day you can get some overflow from the fuel expanding.just fill up below the fill hole and should be no problem.
