Fork Height Adjustment

Was checking a few things after riding this weekend, and noticed my forks in the triple tree are about a 1/16" of an inch off from each other. I thought that they were equal when I rebuilt the front end, but maybe not, as I don't think they would have moved. Anyway, is this enough to bother with adjustment or should I go ahead and fix.

If adjustment is needed, can I just loosen up the triple tree and brace on one side, adjust slightly, and re-tighten?

Yes and yes. On my '91 Dyna, they are supposed to be 1/2" above the top brace. Check your manual.

Thanks TQ. The one side is exactly 1/2", the other is 7/16" above the top brace.
