Not only possible, but likely very easy. The neck bearings, cups and seals are the same part numbers. Maybe the brake lines have different fittings.
My 1950's rigid frame, has a narrow glide front on it. I didn't do it, so I don't know if it was a straight swap or not.
Rake is usually determined by frame neck angle, but there are differences in various triple trees.
I don't know if there is a difference between FXS and FXD trees (triple clamps).
