The check shown above appears to be a check for inoperative gauge problems. The OP's problem could be said that his gauge is working too well, it follows the sloshing of fuel in the tank. I have no idea of the gauge is normally damped mechanically (friction in the movement) or electronically. If it is damped electronically, I don't know if the circuit is in the gauge (replace the gauge) or in the main computer. Perhaps someone here knows how the damping is done.
