Where can i find a part number cross over for HD Bulb part numbers?

All of them, Headlight,turn,stop. I like keeping back-ups on hand.

Tail light is 1157 automotive,
turn light is 1156 automotive,
as for the head light sorry can't help ya.

You might try Wagner or GE websites and firnd a cross

h4 bulb stlye should do the headlight .. and as said above 1156 1157 for the stop and turns

While 1157 is correct for the front turn signals, you might have the heavier duty bulbs instead.

I have an '07 Super Glide and both original bulbs burned out in a heavy rain (smoky blue-grey color). The bulb number was T198 and per NAPA, they are the trucker version of the 1157. They are designed to deal better with vibration and when I showed the clerk the bulb he asked, jokingly I think, if I was driving a semi or a motorcycle.
