RK bars are NOT 2 pieces.

I think you need to start thinking about how you can "punk" this guy back.

i would but he has hooked me up with stuff.detachable back rest for a case of beer he can't be that bad i will still punk him when i can. hes got a sportster hugger 883 coverted to 1200 for 3500 looking in to it

Maybe the bike was down and the bars are bent.

I have to agree with Glider on this one. If the bars are in fact bent, the bike may have fell over or into a wall.

yeah it seems that when the bike is parked and idleing that the right side bar shakes alot

Let it idle with the bars turned the other way. I bet the other side vibrates.
