Harley's New Super Race Tuner

Does anyone know if HD makes their own new Super Tuner, or are they purchased from an outside source such as the original SERT was from TTS?

I was under the impression they just changed vendors, but was advised today at may local stealer that HD created their own and was not purchased from "others".

AFAIK, the SEST is made by Kent-Moore, not H-D.
