Glanced over much of the old thread. I hear the logistics concerns. I would suggest using Cafe Press. I think its nothing to get signed up, and they kick back to the "company" "club" etc a percentage. Their items aren't too bad quality but a little spendy. What is handy is that someone doesn't have to be the patch and pin guy here. No investment and might earn a little to the site. Just a thought...
