I was bred from the rip to be a triumph unit twin cafe racer man, but my dad broadend his horizons and liked having lights while riding at nightime abouts somewhere during 1979-80 so I was handed down his 73 xlch and now added to my corral of 13 bikes or so total his 55khk and 94 fxstc which he bought about 4 years ago. Fun fact he was against getting old because he proceeded to buy a magnacharger kit and accessories to accompany it for his 73 Rd b day . I lost him this past September. He only maybe put 50 miles on the fx. So I pm'd it and am planning the supercharger install to see his insane plan thru. And to think the 800 routt bore 66 Bonneville cafe racer we enjoyed for years was quick . I am going to find out soon I was mistaken Im sure . Given I have had the pleasure of experience on a Hayabusa, Honda vfr 750 with mr turbo kit and a wild kz1000 that left me with memories of the most awe inspiring blur of surroundings seemingly standing still while flat out . This might be more meaningful making the whole experience the #1 of em all. So hello from my sj swamp , I have a million questions and ideas that I would normally share with my dad for insight and opinion, I hope I can fill that void here
