New to site, looking for help or answers. Bike is about 1-1/2yrs old with 10400 miles. Lost rear brakes with no fluid leak or any other issues known. Pedal goes to floor board and will not build pressure. Took to local dealership and was told that caliper locked up and caused uneven wear to the pads. Was told caliper issue was caused by dirt and that pads needed replacing due to uneven wear. They also recommended to flush the systems fluid. Was informed that none of the repair was covered under factory warranty. All related to routine maintenance. ANY ADVICE.

Welcome to the forum from Scotland
In this part of the world in a cold damp climate a lot of salt and grit are thrown on the road during the winter it is not unusual for brake pads to become seized in the brake caliper and give uneven wear my bikes stay in the shed during the winter and I remove the brake pads from the car twice a year and clean the area where the pads move in the caliper
It all depends on the circumstance of use

Welcome to HDT from sunny AZ.
Routine maintenance like brake pads won't be covered under warranty unless it was some kind of parts defect that caused the pads to go bad. Dirty calipers most likely won't qualify as a defect.

Welcome aboard! I for one will say that I have a hard time believing that dirt caused your brakes to fail. I have seen some horrifically dirty brakes that weren't perfect but still worked.....
May not hurt to find another dealer or if out of warranty, an indy shop....
