How do I take the end caps of Screaming Eagle pipes?

I want to wrap the inside of the baffles to quiet them down,I took off the 3 hex screws but I can't get the end caps off my Screaming Eagle slip-on's...any suggestions?
I am the 3rd owner of the bike,I have no history info for this nice looking ride, the second owner wasn't much help and I can't get in touch with the original owner to find out what has been done to the mapping if anything.

If you can't pull them out, try heating them up a bit by running the motor, if they still don't come out, you may have to remove the muffler and use something from the inlet side to drive them out.
