Idle some times sticks at 1500 rpms why ?

I have a 2008 Ultra Classic and the idle sticks at 1500rpms why and how to fix it ?

Mine did the same thing. I can't remember exactly what the shop did. Check with the dealer. There was a service bulletin out on it. Some type upload to the ECM.
