K&N Oil Filter vs. HD

I believe most people including HD service techs agree that K&N air filters are superior to HD's. If this is true does the same hold true for their oil filter?

+1 on HD oil filter. And yes, I run a K&N A/C

Harley filters are made by Champion. If I was to use something other than the HD I would use a Mobil 1 M 102 or Purolator PL 14476 or PL 14477. They are both equal to the HD premium and cost less especially the Purolator. Both made by Champion.

Nothing but HD filters for me even at half the price.

The cost for oil filters to run a Harley for a year is peanuts. I use the HD filters and stock up if I find a sale.

Probably the only Genuine HD item I insist on is a super premium oil filter.

I always stock a HD filter in the garage for next change...nothing wrong w/OEM.

I"m convinced guys, HD OEM oil filter! On another note due to Glider's preference I'm switching to Mobil 1 V Twin, hope it doesn't leak.

I use K&N air filters and HD oil filters . Tried K&N oil filter once after i opened it up and inspected the inside went back to HD filters.
