Anyone going to little sturgis in August 14, 15 16, just outside of Starkville Ms. From what I've read and been told attended by ~ 4000. Suggestions for hotels etc would be welcome. Thanks brothers!!

Doc, You're right. I Googled and found the little sturgis in Starkville. Live and learn!

I won't be there this year but be warned it is HOT! Heat and humidity will drain you. Cold beers just don't do the trick. Drink plenty of water.

Thanks RF-J. I used to live in Columbus in the 70's, courtesy of Uncle Sam, and Yes it does get hot. BTW did you know that beer is not sold in little Stugis, spirits yes, but not beer, go figure that one. You can bring your own I'm told.

About 15 of us are riding up early sat morning. It is more family oriented than most rallys. I have attended the past few years and have enjoyed it. Last year it was a bit off due to the economy at the time i was told. Ride safe!
