looking at new harley

hey guys I am looking to get a new harley but stuck on color I am looking at the ultra limted root beer or the vivid black what does everyone think

I read a post from someone on this forum who wrote that "black bikes are faster".

I think it is a myth. :s

Well I like the root beer myself...just to many bikes painted black for my taste.

Rootbeer has lower insurance rates, something about not getting stolen quite as often......

Last year when I bought my Heritage Classic my wife and I were in the dealership and I had picked out the Antique white and Turqouis color. My wife looked at me and said "If your going to ride a Harley it has to be black and chrome" so thats what I got and I think she was right.

It all comes down to YOUR personal tastes.
For me, like awall, my wife chose black and women just have a more descerning colour palate (i.e she was right). I did look at other colours for my Ultra, but black just seems to fit my taste as well.
