Loss of power

04 Dyna with about 27K on it.
Wife and I were running some errands in Vegas yesterday.
Bike was running great. I had already done about 80miles that morning.
We parked went into a store, came out and jumped on the bike to go down the block. First gear started just fine but then, lost power but the engine was still reving.
Did this a couple of times. I changed gears and it would happen again.
I made it down the block and parked. I revved the engine in neutral and no problems.
Feels like I was pulling the clutch and letting go right away while revving up.
I've never had this problem. I don't have a tach on the bike to see if it happens at a certain RPM.
Any suggestions?

Check the clutch adjustment, sounds like it's slipping or even the cable starting to go.

Even though I'm not touching the clutch?

You bet.

Don't have to be touching the clutch handle for it to slip if it needs adjusting.

Ever so important to check fluid levels if you rely on the dealers for services. Very common to be shorted or overfilled on the fluids.
