In Missouri....they have it on Bill Boards on the Interstates and also electric type portable signs they move around on both State and Federal highways.....notice it on I-70 two years ago....what so bad...seems like only bikers noticed them coz I ask others about it and they give me a blank stare !..and a Huh?
