Mine works well but I need to place jack just in front of rear shocks but it seams fine..

I have been using that same jack for the last few years worked well with both the heritage and the deluxe.

Bought one of the Harbor Freight lifts several years ago and can't say enough about it. Lifts the Ultra and the FXR with no problem. Decent lift for the money....

The Harbor Freight one is just fine for most home mechanic use. If you use it A LOT there are more stable ones, but at 3 or 4 times the price.

I use a short bungee cord to secure the jiffy stand, and it is a "leap of faith" when lowering, because it decends the 1st inch of so fast, and then slowly lowers IF YOU HOLD THE PEDAL DOWN ALL THE WAY!
