Need advise on proper cam for 94 fxdwg

I have a 94 FXDWG that I have installed high comp heads and matching 10 over pistons. I have an S&S carb, Crane single fire ignition, andrew adjustable pushrods, jims lifters. When I started tinkering with this bike years ago I installed a Bartells BP 40 cam and know since I have done the above the bike does not seem to perform as well as it should. I was told I did it (EDIT) backward and should have bought the cam after knowing what I want to do with the rest of the after market parts.

I am told the SE 57 is an all around good cam for my set up.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated. :newsmile04:

If you can post the information about that cam so I don't have to go look it up.. Lift,Open Close of both valves and duration it would give me an Idea Where to start.. Also How much pressure on each piston/cylinder ? meaning Compression checked? front and back

How many miles on the build and any other information so we can get a better picture..

Also, what sort of lifts can those heads accommodate, .600+?

What kind of "high comp" heads? I have seen stock heads that have been worked over by the local porting specialist that would not run right with any combination of carb. and cam.
