just purchased chrome hand levers HD pt#38843-08,for my 2009 streetglide,the instructions that came with them keep refer to the service manual that i dont have. does anyone have all the instructions,thanks.RKJ.

Before you install the levers do yourself a favor and go spend the $50-$60 for the service manual. Also purchase the parts catalog for your model. These cost about $40 and show every part with the part # in a diagram. It helps identify what you need. If you plan to do any service it will be a tremendous help.
+1 on the service manual. In my opinion it is absolutely essential for every Harley owner and worth every penny. Even if you dont do any of your own services the manual will help you become more familiar with the bike. I actually read mine like a novel. Even if I'm not working on a certain component I will read about it to become more familiar with how it works. BUY IT!!!!!
