Need plain chrome fork plug / cap covers

I have "plain jane" solid chrome covers on my 2011 Superglide for the fork stem bolt and both axles, both ends.

According to my local dealer, H-D only offers the Bar and Shield type covers for the fork plugs / caps.

Can anyone recommend a source for a pair of plain, chrome cap covers that will fit my 2011 FXDC?

They didn't have them, nor did Drag Specialties, J&P, Cruiser Customizing...
Not looking good.

Anyone have any other ideas / sources?

Not sure if these will work or not, say 1990 and up Wide Glide Front Ends which are 41mm. Not sure if your bike has 43mm or 41mm forks.
