new battery

installed new battery on my 09 street bob,headlight comes on and it goes thru its systems check,but when i hit the start button im getting nothing..wont turn over and doesnt even make a sound..any tips? am i missing something? any help is appreciated
 
Is grip kill switch in RUN position? Does bike have factory security? Try pulling in clutch lever when you hit start.

Harley Davidson Community Check for power at the main lug on starter cable also, and check that ground cable near the starter I think it is to the left of the starter is clean and tight
 
Check battery in security key fob?
