new ECM still not starting

My 04 carbureted Fatboy ECM module fell against back tire rubbed hole in it causing Speedo to stop and only
Hitting one cylinder replaced the ECM now it won't start
help please

There is a process to "marry" a new ECM to a bike. Google or Youtube will show you how.

The marrying process is tricky and timing is everything. That is what led me to this forum so long ago. If I can find the post when I get to a computer rather than the phone, I am pretty sure I had a pretty thorough write up about my experience.
