New Engine Mod issue

I have a 2011 Road King FLHR 95"

We just put true duals on, S and S stealth breather, TW 777 cams, lifters, push rods, and a Dynajet tune. Went out and rode and had a bad miss/cough/surger around 3000 rpm. Found that we had the O2 sensors backwards. We switched them ans things run better but tere ia srill a miss/surge between 3000 and 4000 rpm. Not as bad as previois bit still noticeable. Anyone have any ideas as to what may be our issue?

Could be the 95" on a 2011 touring bike.
Or you need a tuner or a better map.

Yeah typos stink lol. Well we ran through an autotune with yhe power vision and the bike runs outstading now. Soinds great as well. Stock compression and heads do work with the 777 cams contrary to many things I read.
