New Modular Helmet

Looking to replace my old very heavy modular helmet with new LIGHT WEIGHT quality helmet, below are my ultimate specs, looking for recommendations.
1. Light weight 3 to 3.5 lbs
2. Best possible periffial vision
3. Ear pockets for blue tooth speakers
4. Flip down sun visor
5. No more than $350.00
6. Low profile if there is such a thing in modular helmets

My current helmet is a viper rs-v131 and it would fit your specifications it has a Bluetooth system built into the helmet can be paired with mobile phone etc also 2 helmets can be paired to give bike to bike comms up to 100 yards
However I don't know if they are available your side of the pond as EU safety regulations work in a different way from US

Ended up spending twice the money but I believe I got one of the best helmets on the market and it fits all my needs, purchased the Shoei Neotec

You can not go wrong with a Shoei helmet. Great choice.

do not over look a bell star. i got mine by looking on ebay. then dealing with motorcycle superstore for $199 it was a close out/ scratch and dent. but there wasent any thing wrong with it . came with extra cheek pads ,extra sheild and has a built in pockets for speakers. awesome.
