no speedo, tach, ts or brake lights

all the fuses are good, the diagnostics do not sweep when performed, the cables are all tight, the charging system is fine!
 
I had this same problem on my 02 ultra it was a fuse, it didn't show that it was blown with continuity check ,but after four days of working on it I replaced fuses with new ones and all my problems were taken care of , and it is still working good luck
 
Just for grins, I would run all the fuses again with a Volt meter, Check all your grounds starting at the battery, I would also check all wires at the starter for corrosion look under the rubber boot on the solenoid:s
