One Harley on the Tail of the Dragon Today...me! (photos)

Well I finally got to ride the infamous Tail of the Dragon and the Cherohala Highway. Left yesterday and rode the Dragon today. I was the ONLY Harley on either road (that I could see) and just two other bikes on the Dragon (both were sport bikes).

I have photos of the two day trip inlcuding comment showing the snow on the Cherohala!

It was a great quick two day trip, thanks to the heated gear I was toasty warm.

I rode the Dragon And Cherohala Skyway in the fall of 2007 had a blast. We did two days of riding around the Smokies it was a great trip will do it again someday.

Nice pics,, thx for sharing. We rode the Dragon and Skyway back in April, weather was perfect, but still put on jackets at the higher elevations. Unbelievable that the Dragon was so empty.

Thanks for the great pics. I'll bet you had a blast. I'll have to head down and ride it someday. Great looking bike.

Gotcha...that is a ride everybody should take their machine on at least once.:)
