Rear Rotor

Currently running stock 07 rear rotor but needs replacement. Don't want to pay dealer price so looking for aftermarket replacement. Prices are all over the board from 50.00 - 500.00, how does one decide? What is the difference and advantages of floating rotor vs. standard rotor? Any recommendations on brand and floating or standard?

Less than a year before my crash, I up-graded my brake rotors to floating rotors (all three). I bought them from Newcastle HD. Here is the info on them:

2× 44360-00A HD-44360-00A $110.05 $220.10 (fronts)
1× 44359-00A HD-44359-00A $110.05 $110.05 (rear)

I did it for the reasons stated above.

Thanks gentlemen for the input, I've decided to go with the Russell True Floating Rear Rotor item# R47013. I have used Russell products in the past with great success and currently have their speed bleeders which I highly recommend.
