Ok, I have finally worked up the nerve to ask: what does the term "RUB" stand for?

I am asking it in this forum because I know I won't get cussed at for being an idiot and I don't think I will get laughed at......maybe......hopefully.....it would be nice. Oh go ahead and laugh your head off.

I have searched everywhere and could not find an explanation. Most of the other abbreviations I can understand. This one makes my hair itch trying to figure it out.
