hi guys i'm watching some mufflers on ebay,S'E' part no. 80492-07
the listing says they fit 2007 Dyna's
am i right thinking these will fit my 2010 FXDC ?
i need to check before buying as i'm in the U.K. so returning them would be a pain.

Type " Dyna Glide slip on mufflers" in the Ebay search box. Then look through listings from manufacturers that have fitment charts showing what fits. There is a lot of conflicting information, so good luck.

hi,yes i saw that on H'D' s website but it just says '07 Dyna not '07 on Dyna.

i just thought that someone on here could confirm that they will fit my bike before i buy them:newsmile070:

there are also some 80419-06 mufflers on ebay which are cheaper than the ones above,the listing just says they fit '06 on Dyna's
these look to be slash down which i would prefer not sure about any other difference
i'm guessing these also may fit my bike but could someone please confirm for me before i buy.
i'm in the U.K. & S'E' pipes are not available over hear & U.S. dealers are not allowed to ship over seas so if i miss these i may not be able to get any more.

Harley's website just lists 80678-08 to fit a 2010 FXDC, i'm just trying to find out if mufflers from an '06 or '07 Dyna will fit my 2010 Dyna.

i must admit that i am getting stressed over it as both ebay sellers just say check with Harley which doesn't help as S'E' mufflers are not available over here.

It shows the same number for the earlier bikes too 80678-08 when you use the link I posted above and enter the 07'-08 bikes.

it doesn't list them for an '06 so i'll give them a miss.
'07 result looks good so i guess the 80492-07 ones will fit my bike then so i'll get them bought pronto

For what it's worth, usually the 07 or 08 on the end denotes the first model year for that part.Likewise if it said 10 at the end that would be for a 2010 bike as the first year for that part meaning it has been changed in some way or upgraded.

Let us know how they work out.

hi thanks once again,i have now ordered these babies so they should be here in a week or so,i will update as soon as they are on.

i traded my Sporty 72 for my Dyna & spent a whole year trying to get some S.E.'s for it with no luck so i think buying some for my Dyna means a celebratory beer in in order :cheers
