On Wednesday, September 26, a Broward County Sherrifs Office motorcycle policeman working in the Pompano Beach Division was killed in an accident with an automobile while on duty.

He had a son who also works out of Pompano Division and a daughter. He was a 22 year veteran of the department.

As of now they have not reported the specifics of the accident, but it doesn't matter, the community has lost a dedicated protector.

Take a moment to say a prayer for his family and colleages.
