I am going to do my 1000 mile service, is there any thing I need to know about doing the oil change with the oil cooler system on the new bikes. Thanks.

Follow your manual. There is no diff. with or without the oil cooler.

You may just want to pull a line on the cooler and drain it out too. I know that seems excessive but If I had a cooler, I would do it.:s

Factory type Cooler? Check your oil level when done, it may hold a bit more than the manual calls for with the cooler:s

mine is factory, 'doesn't show any measurable difference on the dip stick.
